These people are WAY WAY WAY BEYOND RUDE. In economic times such as these the kind of verbal abuse they dish out is mind boggling!! If you just received a call but haven't spoken to them yet, be prepared these people are V-I-C-I-O-U-S. And it is in your best interest to return the call or they'll call your family, job, anyone they can link to you telling all of them that they are a collection agency collecting a debt that you are responsible for. Like I said...RUDE AND VICIOUS!!

I got a missed call from that number and call back but it didnt answer. I am so worry about it was a prank call.

this is a scam the caller had a very heavy indian accent and stated that they were on there way to my home with a writ of summons for me to go to jail. This is an attempt to extort money please hang up and do not evewn respond do not give out any information to these people

the caller stated that he worked for a american law firm. I asked what this was about he said I took a payday loan, I have never taken a payday loan. so I asked more queations like how much was the loan for and what date I received this money. Tom said I cant give you that information. Why? so I asked what company was sueing me and it is American Payday loans. I think Im going to keep calling "Tom Smith" just to tell him what a a*# he is and keep his line busy. Scammers I will also report the number to the better business people. This scam needs to stop!!! I'm a younger person and at least new not to give them money but what about people who dont know better and there trying to scare you on paying rite away.

They called me 15 times in over a week, asking for a lady who previously had my number. Their business is called Plaza Associates, a debt-reliever company. This lady had about 10 accounts on their system with my phone number on it, and they kept calling me. On Wednesday (12/08/10), they said they fixed it, then about an hour later I got a call from them, and so I called them back, and let them have it. I swore to them that I would press charges for harassment if they called me again - and that set them straight. It drove me nuts. But that's the end of my story.

They call and ask for you by name, then hang up. No idea what the call is about. When you call the number back it just rings twice and disconnects.

Calling from Legal Dept and them to have me arrested for a bogus owed debt. You can't get arrested for owing debt! unless you make lots of cash and evaded taxes! U dummies.

The caller says they are calling from my Pharmacy and if I'd like to order any refills. When asked for the company name, I've been told Global Pharmacy, and US Pharm. They call several times a day, sometimes back to back.
